Usability tests

Usability tests, in contrast to traditional tests, are tests performed by real users of the service or application. The user is asked to perform tasks under the researcher's supervision so that they can identify the stages at which problems arise. This method gives us valuable insight into how the end user uses our site and the introduction of changes based on these results.
