IAM

AWS IAM is the heart of security and access control for AWS resources. In the service, you can create users, groups, and access roles. You can also grant permissions and regulate the resources to which individual roles, groups, and users (ACL) have access. IAM completely automates the access control process, provides the highest level of security, and, most importantly, can be fully automated or integrated with any external system using a rich API.
