Thanks to the use of automatic speech recognition and its conversion into text as well as natural language understanding, it makes the user get a very realistic interaction. It is widely used in the implementation of chatbots that improve communication and customer service and allow you to automate simple tasks. It does not require infrastructure management. In combination with other AWS services such as Lambda and Poly, it can handle any scenario and in any language!
