Bullhorn integration and recruitment application for a medical company
We have created a recruitment application for a medical startup and have integrated it with Bullhorn - an advanced system for online recruitment and HR process management.
Online recruitment application
KCR Placement specializes in recruiting employees for clients from the pharmaceutical industry. In 2019, the company decided to relaunch its offer. We created a web application for online recruitment.
Integration with the Bullhorn system
We have integrated their recruitment application with the advanced Bullhorn system which is used to manage the recruitment processes. It enables optimization of the recruitment process, increases recruiter productivity, and also improves the experience of the candidate applying for a job.
UX / UI Design for the job application process
To meet the needs of a candidate who is looking for a suitable job offer, we have designed an intuitive interface. We have taken into account the business requirements of KCR Placement - each of the ads can be presented in several language versions.
Scrum has shortened the process to 3 sprints
The project was implemented in Scrum. We closed the production process in three sprints: from gathering requirements, design, API analysis of the Bullhorn system to coding and submitting the application for KCR Placement testing.

Short implementation time and complexity of the extended system documentation which is not current in relation to the version of the API provided.
