Senior UX Designer
Full-time, Office-based
The Story is Poland's only UX + web development company with an IF Design Award for Service Design and UX.
We are interested in designing websites and dedicated applications, especially business ones. We digitalize processes and solve business problems. We are not afraid of specific project conditions, such as legal requirements or industry standards.
We are currently looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our team who shares our passion for creating extraordinary projects.
Our production cycle starts with obtaining requirements. We expect the UX Designer to turn use cases and usage scenarios into an engaging user interface. A digital product designed in this way is passed on. Where? Senior should know!
The main tasks of the person employed on this position will include:
- designing a user interface which implements the acquired requirements
- creating design guidelines for the UX Designer and UI Designer
- coordinating the work of the UX Designer
- designing on the basis of the Logo Book
- designing Style Guides for a digital product
Requirements:
From the candidates we expect:
- a passion for Product Design
- experience in designing user interfaces
- very good knowledge of Sketch, Figma and Adobe package
- knowledge of the capabilities and limitations of the front-end (HTML, CSS, js, native mobile)
- ability to create wireframes and prototypes
- knowledge of Material Design framework
- minimum 4 years of experience as a UX Designer
- portfolio of completed projects
- understanding of project management practices
Nice to have:
- experience in leading workshops with users and clients
- experience in other areas of design, such as branding, motion design, animation, illustration
- experience in managing a team of designers
