Persona

Persona is nothing more than a virtual representation of a potential customer or product user. Persona is created as a result of proto-person testing, i.e., its predecessors are created on the basis of assumptions the business has about its potential customers. Only after verifying the team's ideas about the customer can we get a picture of our Persona and thus information about, e.g., who our users are, how old they are, and what their needs are. All this information allows the company to adjust the service to a specific group of recipients and meet their expectations to a greater extent.
