Persona is nothing more than a virtual representation of a potential customer or product user. Persona is created as a result of proto-person testing, i.e. its predecessors created on the basis of assumptions the business has about its potential customers. Only after the verification of the team's ideas about the customer, we get a picture of our Persona, and thus information about e.g. who our user is, what age he or she is, what his or her needs are. All this information allows the company to adjust the service to a specific group of recipients and meet their expectations to a greater extent.
