This is, in contrast to traditional tests, tests performed by real users of the service or application. The user is asked to perform tasks under the supervision of the researcher, so that he/she can identify at what stages problems arise. This method gives us a very valuable insight into how the end user uses our site and the introduction of changes based on these results.
