UX Researcher

The Story is Poland's only UX + web development company with an IF Design Award for Service Design and UX.
We are interested in designing websites and dedicated applications, especially business ones. We digitalize processes and solve business problems. We are not afraid of specific project conditions, such as legal requirements or industry standards.
We invite UX Researchers to apply and work remotely with The Story.
As part of the cooperation we will commission you:
- Designing research tools and interview scenarios;
- conducting in-depth interviews;
- conducting usability studies on users;
- conducting UX audits.
Requirements:
From the UX Researcher we expect:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of qualitative UX research;
- portfolio of completed research projects;
- ability to conduct desk research, use of alternative data sources;
- ability to analyse the results and present them in a form of a presentation;
- working knowledge of usability and interaction design;
- knowledge of the basics of consumer behaviour;
- ability to talk and write about what you do;
- attention to detail and strong analytical skills;
- understanding of project management practices;
- ability to work remotely.
Nice to have:
- very good knowledge of languages other than Polish and English.
